NEGOTIATION SEMINARS A complex negotiation is not just about bargaining tactics, it is about understanding the potential of the situation, preparing for the desired outcome, effectively interacting with the other party, and achieving and finalizing the results. PartnerBuilding teams up with NARM Systems, L.L.C. to provide seminars on this complex negotiation process. The seminars take the participants through the stages of a negotiation and prepare them to manage and impact each stage. It is through the understanding of the process that the complexity is reduced and the outcomes enhanced. The seminars can be 1, 2 or 3 days in length and involve interactive discussions, role playing and the execution of a complex negotiation simulation.
